Bill Montgomery

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and an officer in the United States Marine Corps, Bill Montgomery served on the White House Staff during the Carter administration before beginning his business career.

Mr. Montgomery is currently the President and CEO of The Covenant Consortium, an information technology and security company located in Plano, TX. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Montgomery has held leadership positions in a variety of major corporations, including IBM, Hitachi Data Systems, and Comdisco. At IBM, Mr. Montgomery trained in the Data Processing Division and went on to achieve multiple "100% Club" recognitions. While at Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), Mr. Montgomery recorded many "100% Club" recognitions and represented HDS as a Legislative Consultant at the State of Texas. While at Comdisco, Mr. Montgomery served as the Global Account Manager - Continuity Services for Electronic Data Systems (EDS). In this position he developed and closed the largest transaction in industry history. At Comdisco, Mr. Montgomery was recognized as "Rookie of the Year" and "Salesman of the Year."

Mr. Montgomery has developed numerous connections through the corporate world and is a noted mentor to small and minority owned businesses.

Ellsworth Hercules
Managing Partner

Mr. Hercules is an extremely motivated and results-driven information technology executive with over 25 years of management experience and exceptional leadership skills.   Currently, he is the acting CIO for Modulant Inc., a software development and data management firm in Charleston, South Carolina.  He is responsible for business development, new applications, investor relations and an active member of the board directors.   Mr. Hercules is a former senior vice president with Bank of America.  His last project with the bank was the integration of Bank of America and MBNA, which was over $ 600 million dollars in scope.    He was responsible for testing of all application development changes both mainframe and distributed.  Prior to the Bank of America purchase, he was a former executive vice president and CIO of Acquisitions with MBNA.   He managed a staff of more than 500 professionals with a budget of more than $30 million dollars.  Mr. Hercules has managed the Hogan System application development team that supported the $60 Billion deposits business and the corporate ACH/payroll system.   Mr. Hercules had the responsibility of being the Chief Information Officer for all acquisitions both domestic and international.  In this role as CIO, he was instrumental in the integration of all corporate acquisitions into the MBNA environment, which entailed numerous mortgage company operations, consumer finance and premium insurance finance companies and hundreds of credit card portfolios.   As CIO of Acquisitions, Mr. Hercules managed multiple global acquisitions from due diligence to final integration, and his responsibilities also included the improvement of business processes, functions and revenue.  Mr. Hercules has held executive positions with a number of corporations with increasing responsibilities in retail and high tech industries.  
Mr. Hercules is very civic minded and believes in giving back to the community, he mentors at risk boys, sits on the board of the American Red Cross and Bishop Dunne Catholic School.  He is a member of Big Brother and Big Sister and Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.
Mr. Hercules received his BA from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
